Little wait, lots of employees to help you if needed

First timer buying for our kitchen. Both new and long time staff are friendly and amazingly helpful. I never feel I’m impositioning them with my many questions. Great job guys!

Great staff here; awesome selection of bulk candy, grocery, beverages, and restaurant supplies. I've shopped here many times without using an account number.

I am usually in here a few times a month. Staff are always friendly and helpful to make sure I get everything I need. Good sized location with lots of stock normally.

We called 2 locations today to place an order for Tuesday
The second location was Stellarton, the phone was answered promptly and we spoke with Rose, who was not only helpful, but patient and informative. She always speaks in the positive, and discusses what she "can do",....
"I can look into the warehouse inventory system and check for you, I can speak with my boss, we can contact Head office and find out for you, I can call you back with that information".
Rose did call us back within an hour, informed us that everything was in stock and would be ready for us to pick up Monday Morning
Contrary to our discussion with another location, I felt like a valued customer and this location appreciated our business.
