Nationex - Paris

I didn't realize my package needed a signature. We were not home, so it wasnt left... understandably. They need something to let you know they came, or even on the tracking. I called to find out where it was. It wasn't going to be delivered until the next day, but I was working the rest of the week and no one would be home to accept it.
I called and talked to Parmeet, she took care of the situation, and was very nice and respectful doing so. I asked to see if I could pick my parcel up since I was 20 minutes away, however she said sshe would call me back. In the meantime shevwas able to talk to a supervisor (i believe) and it was delivered to me that day! Thanks very much, I greatly appreciate the great customer service I recieved. Parmeet even called back to make sure everything was taken care of.

4 stars only because they need to leave something to let customers know a delivery was attempted and to contact them in order to make arrangements for delivery. Thanks
