Seems like a good place to work ... I start nxt week coming

Hey guys. Just wanted to say: I followed one of your vans this morning on my way to work and I saw there was a 'Thank you frontline workers and first responders' sticker on the back. I don't know if that's on all your vehicles but I'm a medic in Waterloo who lives just off Eighth Concession in Harley and it made me smile. It's been a long long 2 years and the past 8 months have been excruciatingly difficult especially with all the false news being spread about COVID
You guys are a class act :)

As an install employee at Stubbes Precast I will not sugar coat it for those looking to come work on the install teams. It is hard work, long hours, all weather conditions. If you can overcome all this though and are looking for an amazing career opportunity with plenty of potential to grow in a company then Stubbes may be for you. I have 15 years experience working construction and working for many different companies and Stubbes shines when it comes to how they treat their employees. The pay is good, overtime hours are plenty, RRSP program, benefits, boot and clothing allowances. The owner and management are always available and willing to work with you and answer any questions. Overall, if you can look past the normal hard work that construction is then it is a great place to work. You generally start with a crew and stay with them and build your experience on that crew, it's a very family based, inviting atmosphere if you are open and willing to show the motivation necessary. Hopefully this helps with anyone thinking of coming to work at Stubbes!
