Great organization. Positive work environment. Turnover times are quite fast considering their are only 3 people in the office during the mornings. The coordination staff work really hard, as they are the main point of communication between the LHIN, clients, staff and sub contracted organizations. The Nurses and PSW’s are very caring, friendly and do an unremarkable job.

I felt like my hard work was noticed The staff seemed extremely kind. Even after applying, and the possibly I would not join Bayshore in a future employment relationship. I would still stand true to my comment.
