As someone who isn't tech savvy, these guys are great. They tell me what I need and they've normally got great advice on how to set it up. They seem understaffed occasionally but that's not their fault and every employee works hard enough to make up for the high demand when I go in on busy days.

Every time I've been in here the service has been great. I always get a nice "Hello" from someone at the front as i walk in. It doesn't take very long for someone to ask if i need help. The staff has had the product knowledge i needed which has always helped me make a smarter more informed purchase. A little research on youtube and google plus a chat with someone at the store equals a great purchase every time.

Best buy has many options in store on line call and pick up. price match is great find the best price then pick up here knowing you will have one of the best return policies in Canada. They offer geek squad services and replacement warranty. Most people should shop here .

I just purchased a new cell phone and went in this location because I was in area. This was my first time here and I was greeted within minutes entering the store. LES asked me if I needed help and I did.I was intersted in a cell screen protector,case and pop socket. Les showed me my options on cases and took me over to get protector on in a different area. He was fast and not pushy. Genuinely was trying to help me find a case I would like. Adam showed me my cell when complete and explained warranty. I would return to this location again.
