We recently started looking for a house for our son and enlisted Alex to help us find one. He quickly set up a great online system to send us houses in our target price range for us to review. Any house we wanted to look at he quickly set up an appointment and showed us the homes. Within a very short time, he found us the perfect house and we put in an offer. The house purchase had some ‘seller’ issues that were very uncommon but Alex navigated through them and worked everything out between the seller, their team, our bank and our lawyer. Couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor to work with. Even with the added complications, the house closed on time.
