These guys unfortunately will inflate your quote hugely. Give you explanations for hours that shouldn't be quoted to begin with, when you call them out they had other hours. Look around there are some really great independent alternatives in town that do the same or better work overall with out the hefty price tag.

I do a lot of business with these folks and they are top notch! Simple as that.

The team was wonderful! Adam made the dents and metal look perfect. All the required rear light parts; ready and installed! The new bumper and area are a gleaming Aqua silver. I'm going back to have rust and repairs done on the rear wheel panel. Sebastian has negotiate a competitive price for the 2nd repair.

I would like to thank Sebastian and his team for a fantastic repair on my Dakota. The truck was at his body shop a few years back for repairs from an accident that happened. The truck was now showing signs of rust and paint issues on the areas that were repaired from that accident. The rest of the truck is in very good condition and is the original paint. Sebastian looked the truck over, took some pictures agreed that the rest of the truck looked very good for it's age and was not showing signs of rust and paint issues in any other areas of the body. He booked me an appointment right away for a time frame that worked for him and me as there were some holidays being taken and the truck wasn't available.

I got the truck back today and all the areas that I had concern with were fixed with some additional areas of the body and paint fixed also. The truck looks amazing compared to what it looked like when I first addressed the problems with him. The truck was washed and waxed and the interior completely cleaned. The entire job took a couple weeks to complete but it was worth the wait.

The cost for this job was $0.00, he took full ownership of the fault of the first repair even though he wasn't working at the business at that time. I can say that the customer service I received was above and beyond what I have received from other businesses where I was a paying customer.

Kudos go out to the team at Brantford Carstar for making it right and providing some of the best customer service I have experienced.
