I have been with this Dental Practice for approximately 40 yrs and I can say without a doubt that this is the best . Just walking into this office you are greeted with a friendly smile, pleasant surroundings and staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Now onto the dentists. I always request to see Dr. Lee Ferrao as he is a down to earth type of person. He has always treated me with respect and has helped me through some pretty tough decisions about my teeth. He has an amazing sense of humour and has always made me feel at ease. I have seen others, but my choice is I stick to the one who makes me feel the most comfortable. Hats off to you Lee!

It was an excellent visit there. Incredibly kind people that answered my questions and made me feel comfortable being there. Didn't give me any grief over lack of visits. Was a bit nervous going there but was able to relax thanks to them. Looking forward to working with them, and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I personally have been going to Clarence Street Dental (formally West Street Dental) for over 20 years. Always been treated amazing well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to the amazing team at Clarence Street Dental dentist appointments are always a friends and great experience for my kids. Whether I am taking the kids in for a cleaning, for a filling or to see the orthodontist they are always happy when we leave. Which in turn makes me happy. Thank you to the amazing staff!!

This was my first visit the moment I stepped into the office I had a good vibe. I was recommended by a friend for Orthodontic care. Dr Mark was very thorough with my examination and explained every little detail with me and my husband. When we were finished with him we sat with Cindy who took the time to explain to us the actual braces and the process. She knew her job and did it very well. I was beyond impressed with her enthusiasm and how she made me and my husband feel like we have been long time patients there with it only being my first visit. I have been shopping around for braces and have visited 2 other clinics in brantford one of them being my own dental office and the other in Burlington and Toronto. Being 50 and getting braces was a big deal for me so I wanted to make sure I trusted the best and with that being said I booked my appointment here and felt my search was done. Thank you Cindy for making this decision and easy one you are amazing. And to Dr Mark for loving what you do. I look forward to the many months at Clarence Dental.

This was my first visit and I would like to thank all the staff at Clarence Street Dental Group!! Everyone was very down to earth yet still very professional. I walked in with some questions and they booked me in right away. I was in and out in under an hour. I had a very quick and comfortable experience. I will definitely be back for the use of services they have to offer.
