(May 16, 2019, 1:02 pm)One of my favourite local places to go when I just want to get outside in nature for some fresh air. The trails are lush with trees and plant life, with a variety of birds and small animals. The soccer fields can be busy in the evening when games are happening but are usually free during the day. Good spot to play some frisbee or just lay in the sun. Well maintained. Please use the garbage cans and don’t litter ????

(March 4, 2019, 5:38 pm)The Boat launch area is a beautiful spot to sit and relax. You can watch the Canada Geese and occasionally see a Blue Herron. You can wade in the river or even go swimming.

A lot of good fishing here as well as a good spot to put in your canoes, kayaks, rafts or inflatables!
If you visit at dusk, you may just spot some deer exploring across the river in Brant Park.
