Got our entire basement carpet cleaned as we have had some accidents with our puppies over the past year. We are also expecting a baby in Feb and it was very important to me that the carpets be as clean as possible before his arrival. After seeing such rave reviews I booked Elite. They were able to come in less than a week and their pricing is SO good!! I was shocked at how reasonable it was. Our carpets are like brand new. No more smell. No more cat puke stains. They are beautiful and I can relax knowing I now have an additional space in my home where I can relax with my baby, and a soft space for him to explore as he grows. For the price and convenience we plan on doing this every 6 months to ensure our carpets stay fresh and clean.

Every year I break my back cleaning our carpets with a Rug Doctor before the holidays. This year I decided it was time to hire a professional and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Walter and Maria were amazing! They were professional, courteous, thorough, efficient and reasonably priced. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional carpet or upholstery cleaning and especially to anyone thinking it’s easier and cheaper to rent a machine and do it yourself. Walter and his wife made a great difference in my house. Carpet no longer bothers my breathing and tile and grout never more clean and consistent. Well worth it. Easy, fast efficient and they addressed my concerns.

Elite Carpet Care surpassed my expectations for a carpet cleaning service. Walter (and Maria) are very friendly, courteous and professional. They took great care to protect floors, wall corners, etc. from any damage from their equipment, then proceeded to do a thorough cleaning job ( including the door mats on their way out). Great price and service. Highly recommend!
