Brad was very professional and responded right away when I called. We thought we had fleas, turns out our house is just really dry. We used Progressive Pest Control for our carpenter ant problem. We are very happy, haven't seen an ant in two months, and have no worries about seeing them with his warranty. Brad was very informative of what to look for around the outside of the house so we can try and keep them away. Brad was prompt and showed up when he said he would come. We are very happy and would highly recommend him.
