(February 2, 2019, 7:39 pm)I had recently added on the plumbing protection plan with Reliance and we had an issue with our kitchen sink faucet, toilet and washer. Plumbing technician Mike B. came by and took a look at everything, fixed the faucet and toilet quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately we will have to get a new washer but having Mike’s expertise helped us determine it is not a plumbing issue. He was very friendly and professional and because of the great experience I will be requesting his services again in the future. Thank you Mike and Reliance for your great service!

They did a great job and made sure we knew how everything worked. They were cautious of our pets and courteous to me needing to tend to our baby during our discussions. Thanks so much!
