Recently, I paid in advance for a new BBQ as a gift for my daughter. She went to pick it up the next day. A staffer kindly helped her get it into her SUV.
However, once she got the BBQ home and opened the box, it had some damage (no fault of Home Depot).
She called your store about it. And, not only did your store come and pick it up, they replaced the damaged unit by bringing her the floor display one.
AND HOME DEPOT DID THIS ON THE SAME DAY!!!
This was wonderful! And the other best part of it was that it was pre-assembled! She didn't have to put it together by herself!

Awesome place. I've redone every room in my house including 4 bathrooms, hardwood flooring throughout, drop ceiling in the basement and the staff for each project were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Every project I've done including outdoor drainage I've been able to get supplies and project tips from this Home Depot. I'd highly recommend this store to everyone!
