Initially our relationship with Tom started out as a simple decorating issue...but ended up as a major renovation, particularly with the fact that we were dealing with a newly acquired home built in 1845. Tom arranged for a local electrician to rewire the older part of the home and then arranged for new insulation to be blown into the ceilings and walls as there was none!! We ran into other areas of concern..i.e. brick falling down on our ceiling to name one of many issues. We had layers of wallpaper all over the house...and it was all removed, and every bit of the house inside freshened up with new paint and custom carpentry work in many areas. We were so thankful that Tom has these contacts with Electricians, Plumbers, Floor finishing people, and expert painters, and skilled carpenters to name a few to complete our reno. in a timely fashion to achieve our new ensuite bathroom, and completely updated living/dining room.
