(August 5, 2019, 1:20 pm)9 times out of 10 this Tim hortons manages to screw up our order, even though we go everyday and order the same things. Weekend seems to be the only time it isn't screwed up. The staff is great though very friendly and IF we call in they are always willing to correct the order.

(March 17, 2019, 1:43 pm)The only reason I am giving them a 3-star review is because of the staff. Their manager refused to come out and speak to me after us having to drive all the way back to get our order fixed. The staff did their best to help ease my frustration and replace my food and drinks for the right order as well as give me the money back. However the coward of a manager refuse to come and speak to me once when I had asked to speak to them in the first place. the staff have better customer service than their own leadership.
