The tractor arrived on time and in excellent condition. Shane was thorough in explaining how things operate. Shane stayed in touch and responded immediately to question or concerns. The tractor came with some tools, a length of chain and an extra sheer pin (very important for my rental). As well Shane provides jerrycans so you can get more diesel as required.
I recommend renting from Ames Tractor rentals and will rent from him again in the future. Money well spent on a quality product and great service!

One day rental was all I needed for a small job on my small property, and Shane had the right tool for the job. Small enough for my small property, big enough to get the job done, a little driveway work and landscaping in the back yard made the job so much easier then a shovel and wheelbarrow. I had an all day tractor rental (JD 3025E) with loader bucket and brush hog. Shane was prompt with the delivery and thorough with the safety and operating instructions. Tall thick weeds were no match for this equipment. I spent the day clearing about five acres of neglected land. I rented a tractor and rotary cutter from Ames Tractor Rentals for a week and was extremely satisfied with the entire rental experience. Shane's level of customer service is exemplary and the tractor and attachments are in perfect working order. Shane delivered, and picked up, the tractor and provided clear instructions on the use of the tractor and equipment. Shane regularly touched base during the week rental to ensure all was well and also helped out via text a couple of times when I had a question.
