The staff was so knowledgeable that it took only a few minutes to convince me to start looking at a smaller and cheaper unit. Who does this now a days? Convince a customer to spend less money. I’m so glad I did because it’s been 2 years and I still love the fireplace and it keeps the place really warm. I was a little hesitant about the installation because I was out of town but it went great. Very honest company. Stay toasty my friends!

(February 6, 2017, 1:30 pm)These guys installed my Wiseway non electric pellet stove for me. They came and installed the stove without the need for me to be in the home. The installation was clean and professional. Not a speck of debris left over when they were finished. They also installed the cold air intake that I requested. This stove was installed with a full stainless chimney through a metal roof. Everything works perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
