I found Chuck Sercan , Hearing Instrument Dispenser, very personable, patient and has a thorough knowledge of hearing aids in general. He is able to compare and define in depth the different types of hearing aids available. He answers questions in detail, and presents a pleasant atmosphere. He suggested I call the office if I have any concerns. It is always a pleasure to deal with Chuck.
I am impressed with the company's "try-out" policy to make a comfortable and correct decision.
