The team here is friendly and helpful. Moving from the states I needed to set up new wireless account for the whole family. They got us set up and made every effort to make the process efficient and to save us money.

I personally have not been into this location however I want to give a big thank you to an individual named Beth. Beth has gone above and beyond for my Mom (who is far from technologically minded). My Mom bought herself her first cell phone a few years back in order to keep in contact with me via the internet (messenger, facebook, email) while I was studying abroad and or living in BC. My Mom would continuously run into internet issues that a typical person may be able to navigate through however my not-so-technological Mom would have issues. Sometimes I could figure it out (abroad) however sometimes I could not as I needed to see her phone in order to see what the problem was. Whenever my Mom and I couldn't figure something out she could always rely on Beth at the Source to figure out and educate my Mom and she has done this for my Mom on numerous occasions and is always happy to help her. It's refreshing to know that this particular employee is near-by. Thank you Beth! The next time I'm ever in Port Elgin I hope to stop by your location and say hi!
