I feel that this local appliance store and its staff should wear superhero capes! When our family's washing machine's hose developed a pinhole leak I was able to call and get a replacement hose within 10 minutes! Yes, I live in Southampton where the store is located, but during ‘covid times’, I thought I was face-to-face with a waiting game; fortunately, Square Deal Neil's swooped in for the rescue! Later that same week, the seal on the washer developed a rip in the gasket and the repair technician was able to diagnose, order the part, and fix the washing machine in LESS THAN 24hrs! The only way this store and staff can get better is to... oh wait, they can't possibly get any better. Square Deal Neil's, thank you for keeping outstanding service a priority.

Love this store; it’s my go-to place for appliances

We were up in Saugeen Shores for the weekend and our dishwasher had just died before we left home. On a rainy day we thought we would drop in to do some research and get some ideas. I really wish we could buy our new dishwasher here, but we live out of town. The salesman (Wes) was very knowledgeable and professional. Also gave us some good tips on washing machines too. No high pressure sales techniques. We were very impressed with him.
