If they have computer problems, the customer waits to pick up an online order while 3 staff try to figure it out. And waits. And waits. After all, you're just the customer. They already have your money so shut up and wait.

The best customer service...we drove from Sarnia to purchase our BBQ because Sarnia would not order one for us or sell the floor model and...the deceive customers with items on a shelf not being cashed out at the sale price indicated on the shelf even after the store employee said it was the sale item. Customer service is not focused on maintaining business in Sarnia, we drove to another Canadian Tire in Blenheim Ontario....Absolutely ? % customer focused...thank you Blenheim Canadian Tire staff...even when readying to close the following day for doing inventory for the store to change hands. The very best service at Canadian Tire can be found in the Blenheim.

I needed help in seasonal today with some patio umbrellas. Landon was extremely helpful and patient and went the extra mile checking the back for stock for a couple of items. My cashier was very friendly and efficient. A big thank you ! I was and am impressed.
