I have only good things to say about my experience at Patterson Motors in Wallaceburg. Melissa is a superstar. She was always professional and pleasant and crystal clear in her explanations of things. In Feb. 2019, I walked into PM to purchase a brand new 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 392 Widebody. I knew exactly what I wanted. It took a significant amount of time, but Melissa didn't hesitate to take as much time as necessary to help me through the ordering process. She did a great job spelling out my options, providing financing details, and she went out of her way to help me save money whenever possible. She kept me up-to-date on the progress of the build of this custom order from beginning to end. She called me the minute the new car arrived and I rushed right over. Melissa processed all of the paperwork, took care of the plates, my insurance, and everything in less than 90 minutes. She took photos for me and sent them to me later. She kept every single bit of stuff that came with the car so that I'd have every opportunity to have a complete record of everything. I'd attach a photo of my new ride to my review but I can't so I'll upload one to the Google site for Pattern Motors.

Hands down, this was the best car-buying experience of my life. The car is perfect, and everyone at PM was great.

Prior to going to PM in Wburg, I had first gone to a Chatham FCA dealership to buy my new car. I went in there during normal business hours. There were a dozen people in there working, no customers except me, and not one of them would even talk to me at all. I bought 3 cars in Chatham over the years and now I'll never go back there. I've never felt so unwelcome. Maybe I should have worn a suit so they'd think I had money. They had their chance and totally blew it.

Melissa was very quick and professional helping me to resolve an issue i had.She has superb customer service skills.Melissa went above and beyond to help us out with our vehicle.Also a Big Thank You To Rob The Automotive Detailer Who Did A Fantastic Detailing Job On Our Vehicle.

Very helpful and experienced technicians, yes the cost of the repairs were expensive but both times I needed to bring my vehicle here I was in and out. Very understanding of someone working on a budget.
