(March 9, 2019, 6:01 pm)Love this place that Shannon has opened for the practice of yoga. The studio is so welcoming and calm from the minute you step over the threshold. Shannon is a great teacher who is always considerate of the participants needs, whether a beginner, someone with a few aches and pains, or those looking for a little more of a challenge, all in the same class. The classes are not fast paced but focussed more on completing a pose properly over time. Don't think yoga is to serious, at least at Shannon's studio, as we often find ourselves laughing over our lack of balance or the funny pose we find ourselves in. I highly recommend you check out her yoga space s you can't help but leave with a smile and a good feeling.

(March 9, 2019, 12:39 pm)I would highly recommend anyone interested in practicing yoga to give Mandakani Yoga a try. I love the space and the laid back vibe. During the time i have been a member i have become more flexible, have better balance, i am stonger and more toned, not to mention the amazing things it does to your head space. Whether you are a newbie or an experienced yogi there are varied styles and levels of classes guided by dedicated instructors.The practices can be as easy or as challenging as you want them to be. They are good for the body, mind and soul.
