I can completely trust Rob. As the owner of an older vehicle I am always aware of the need for maintenance and keeping my older vehicle running. I trust Rob completely in guiding me on what must be done Now...what can be put off till later. (I.e. what is a watch l list for next time) and eventually when it will be time to let it go. I appreciate the route storage too. And the coffee and comfy couch too curl up in as I wait for the work to be done.

Service was exceptional! it was my first time getting my new cars oil changed so I was a little unsure about the process. the man at the desk was very knowledgable very kind and spelled out the process perfectly for me. He got me in very quickly at a time that works for me, I decided to wait in for the change and I found the waiting area to rival that of hotels. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and could watch TV. my car was done Way quicker than I expected. The man at the desk spelled out the work and the charges very clearly for me, he offered me a great roadside assistance package I happily took him up on and ended up paying even less than I expected! My car was left clean complete with a hand written thank you note. I left extremely confident that my vehicle had and will be well looked after. Very grateful for the experience and excited to continue doing business here! (Posted for my husband)
