Quick Lane Orangeville

David (Manager) and his team have been outstanding every time with me/Ford Edge for past 3 years. Always professional, trust worthy, transparent and will go 'above and beyond' for me and other customers they've helped when I'm there. Over the years I've gone to other shops to get car serviced cause Orangeville is far, but been dissappointed by other locations. So now I will drive up for Dave and his team to care of it - it's worth the drive to this location. Trust me, being in the corporate world for 20 years in the service industry - this is the place. I think this location should be the training grounds for other locations to see how a successful and honest shop is executed! If I could give you more stars I definitely would.My first visit to Quick lane was to get an alignment on my car.When the put my car up they noticed that my tie rod was starting to show wear and needed to be replaced.Instead of just going ahead to do the alignment they told me exactly what was wrong with my car.I took my car home and my brother and husband did all the work on my front end for me.I had to reschedule a few times as my life is crazy busy.Jordan was more than accommodating with my crazy schedule.Took my car back and they were super busy but did my alignment for me.Fast and great service.For anything else my car may need this is my shop to go to.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BUSINESS!!! My first experience with Quick Lane Orangeville was to get my seasonal tires swapped out. Jordan helped me on that day and he provided fantastic customer service, friendly smile, and made me feel important to be there with my vehicle. When the tires were completed, i was sent a private video link that showed details of my car such as break wear, tire tred etc. I think this is an amazing service they offer and makes them stand out due to their transparency. My second visit was to have new tires installed on another vehicle. The communication with Kelly via facebook messenger was quick and easy. He provided quotes and stood behind his pricing. The day of the service, again Jordan was there and provided the same quality of customer service and I also got to meet Kelly. What a fantastic gentleman. You can tell he takes great pride in his business, the customers and his staff. Once again, after the tires were installed I received another private video. This place is a must for car service. It can be hard to find a trustworthy establishment and this place is above 5/5 stars!! I'm definitely returning in the future. Thank you sooooooooooo much!!!!

Stopped by to get pricing on a set of gears. Great prices and nice people. Particularly enjoyed my conversation with the brunette with large glasses as she was friendly as can be and very welcoming. I’d feel comfortable sending anyone I know there knowing there prices can be trusted and the people there will treat them right.
