Rahma Granites Quartz Countertops & Kitchen Cabinets - Oshawa Wh

My first visit to the store was a great experience - Ibrahim was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was prepared to go back once I was ready for kitchen counter tops and have them prepare a quote. Unfortunately, when I returned to the store I had a less than positive experience. I entered the store and a woman was helping another customer. She did not acknowledge me or indicate that she would be with me when she was finished. I wandered around for 10 minutes and finally left, because at this point I had still not been greeted or given any service.

I have to say this place has top quality customer service and amazing products. Beyond satisfied with my experience here and will definitely be back in the future for more.

We were very pleased with Rahma. Of all of the components of our Kitchen reno, the counters were by far the quickest, easiest and even under budget to boot! We went into Rahma expecting to buy CaesarStone or another big brand Quartz - but we found most of the white Quartz products weren't white enough to go with our white kitchen. Rahma was able to give us an alternative brand M-Stone, that had the white background colour we wanted and came in much cheaper than expected (also a very nice grey grain running through it). Rahma also had great samples for review - you need small pieces to check colour, larger 3sq.ft samples to check grain patterns and full size slab pics to see variation through the slab - Rahma provided all no problem. They gave us a very quick, accurate quote and we had beautiful counters installed on time in exactly 10 days. No extra charges, invoice was spot on and the installers were very skilled, friendly and worked hard. We are very pleased with our choice and will definitely use Rahma again!

The customer service is amazing. I did a kitchen and it being my first renovation I was nervous. Ibrahim the owner was very helpful and helped my create the dream kitchen I always wanted for an affordable price. I highly recommend this store to anyone trying to do some renovations.
