(January 26, 2019, 3:39 pm)From the time I called to my arrival and talking to Adam I knew I was in a great place for my stay. I was made to feel very comfortable...my room was great. I had a problem with no hot water which Adam resolved right away. The breakfast was great and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I belong to a organization in the area and made them well aware of the service I was getting at the Best Western and I am sure that we will be recommending your hotel to any guests we might have that need a room......thank you for the good experience.

(December 6, 2018, 2:44 am)Met my expectations for a more affordable hotel while staying out of town. Check in was quick and the staff were quite pleasant. The hotel room appeared clean throughout. I did not have the breakfast in the morning however it was available, which is nice when staying out of town. Check out was quick. Overall what you would expect for the associated price point of the hotel.

(October 2, 2018, 4:19 pm)We stayed at the Best Western Plus Durham because it is close to a GO station. We were attending an event in downtown Toronto, and did not want to drive/park. Being out-of-town meant less expensive accommodation and cut significant travel time in our journey to and from Ottawa.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The architecture is a bit odd. Navigating around inside the building was not dead-easy.
Don't count on driving to the GO station. We checked it out. For our 4:00pm departure for Toronto, there were exactly zero parking spots. We could have walked the 1.5km, but the day was windy, so we took a cab. -

Ravi not only brought our credit card to the room when we forgot it, but he also went outside to quiet down some kids who were being rowdy after midnight. In the morning, David offered some great advice concerning how we might spend our day. I would highly recommend!
