  Jon and the team at Bicycles Plus are knowledgeable and experienced.
  
  Aside from that, the work that I have had done in the shop was reasonably priced with professional results.
  
  I didn’t buy any gear this time in but noticed they have some really nice inventory in stock. Just in time for Christmas!
  
  Previously, I’ve purchased two mid-high end Trek bikes here (2014 Trek Fuel EX9 and 2017 Trek Farley EX 8) and two Cannondale Road bikes and the purchase and post purchase experience has been really good. Every time I go in, it feels like I’m going in to see “my shop”. Feels like home.

  John and his staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They carry a very extensive product line to suit the individual rider. Bicycle Plus is in a very good location. Easy to access with an abundance of parking.

  Our Personal Favourite and the New Store at 1618 Dundas St E. (Dundas and Thickson) in Whitby is Wonderful and Huge :) The Best Fit Machine, Tech and Knowledge in the Area. We buy All of our Bikes and gear here. Highly Recommend John and his entire staff.

  Just got fitted for my Triathlon bike and had great experience. John (owner) was personable and very knowledgeable. He is really good at his craft. The shop was clean, and the staff were friendly. It was my first time here and I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else. Amazing coffee!!!

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Went in with a few questions and left very happy with the service. I'm not sure what the employees name was that assisted me, but he answered all my questions, willingly took bikes down for me to look at, and found a set up that is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't leave with the bike today, but he seemed genuinely happy just to help and wasn't pushy on the sale. Will definitely be back for that Trek Marlin 5.
