(December 12, 2018, 4:23 am)American Standard toilets have many different flappers that they use. The multi-fit one from Lowes didn’t work right. These guys knew exactly which one I needed and very inexpensive. Cheaper than the multi fit which I threw in the garbage.

Very nice quality at a good price. I have also used these guys to get hard to find plumbing parts; as always great service and somehow they can find the part. So much better than the big box stores. Helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

The store is very large and the staff are knowledgeable. I did speak with a gentleman regarding my toilet that endlessly flushes and he gave me advice on what it could be and how to fix it which was nice of him.
