Excellent service! Their office got us on the list in the morning after my wife sent in a service request and they had a Tech (Graham) out to repair it by 5pm the same day! The office kept us up to date on when the tech would be here and Graham had it tested and repaired within 30 mins. He also explained what was wrong, why it failed, probable cause and what to do to help prevent it from failing again. Many thanks ... especially during this heat wave!

Great experience dealing with gastech they were here early before I got home to meet them and had the problem fixed without even going in the house I paid a fraction of the price that I was expecting. Very friendly and professional I would say the best customer experience I have had. Next time I have heating and cooling problems gastech will be who I am calling
