Maybe the receptionist was a different one than everyone else had, but she was very pleasant to me and everyone else there that day. Dr. Richter was in that day. She was very quick (positive) with everyone. She was able to diagnose my ailment, write the Rx and have me on my way quickly. Very friendly also. The wait before seeing her was a while, but that's what you have to expect at a walk-in clinic

(March 22, 2018, 12:38 pm)My last experience was very positive. It was a very busy day so even though we got there shortly after they opened the waiting room was full. However the receptionist was friendly and handled the situation very professionally. Dr. Morrison was also thorough and not rushed and I was very pleased with my visit and his diagnosis.
