Can be hard to find an appointment time, they are a busy place. But it is very nice inside and the staff are helpful. They'll have the technicians come out and talk to you, show you parts and always ask permission before doing something. Very transparent service experiences on my 2016 200-S. Patience pays off. They're busy for a reason
