I am in love with this store & I have not 1 bad thing to say against this RUFFIN'S PET CENTRE location! The animals are all really well taken care of, they are not sickly or overcrowded. The owners are a great couple who are very knowledgeable about the animals & the products that are sold in their stores, as well as the employees. They make sure that the animals are handled as much as possible so that the animals are accustomed to being held. They are all curtious, pleasant, willing & ready to help you, if needed, & will answer any questions about the animals & products within the store! They are just great group of people & the only thing I want to see different is that have a little more variety of small animals to be able to buy.
