I have been to a lot of mechanic shops over the years but 401 Trucksource is unbelievable quick and reliable, well their road service guy Willy is don’t know about the shop !
Came out diagnosed and repaired my truck on a long weekend , was very happy and fair And got me going will definitely be doing business with Willy again if needed! Good job 401 ! Need more mechanics like him !!

The shop and parts staff are the best in the buisness very fair and always treat me with respect and they go above and beyond ... 2 personal experiences #1. I went in one saturday and waited in line at parts counter just needed a air filter and fuel filters it was busy and ended up waiting about 25 mins in line when it was my turn the gentleman at counter apologized for wait and gave me filters at cost which they didnt have too do but they did .. #2. I had ongoing issue with my truck not completing regen after very close to $5000.00 in invoices and multiple days downtime at (anothershop) they told me take it to someone who works on Mack's lol really? So I did went to 401 truck and in roughly 5 hrs @$700.00 the problem was rectified same day !!! To say I was happy was an understatement after the debacle of (anothershop) just throwing parts at it ... I would highly recommend 401 truck for sales (my truck was purchased here pre -owned ) , service it's my first choice ! And parts department are all great people and have always helped me the best they could... sincerely P.Middleton

i want to thank Sandra for her assistance with a road breakdown. the mobile tech kept me up to date. we then got the truck to 401 the service person called to inform me what was wrong an the truck was fixed and down the road. Thanks again , be safe\
