Always such a chill environment ♡

Initially had an issue with an inexperienced employee but after sorting it out with the manager I was able to find a solution. They have a clean store with a pretty nice selection too. Pretty much the only head shop in the area. A bit pricey though, if I had to say.

When I call and ask if they have certain stuff, a lot of times they just tell me to go to Pete's pipes instead, that is, if they even answer the phone here. Often I have to call the store in the west end and ask the employee there about stock at this store, since the people working at the store on Walker don't answer the phone all the time. A recent example, I tried to look for a bag of grommets for my GF to use with her bong. I wish they just had a stock of items so I didn't have to go all the way downtown for something simple like rubber bong grommets.

Called them to ask about a product. whoever answered was chill and gave me information needed! Came and bought the next day
