I went to buy some suits on Boxing Day. I was helped by Carmella, who is very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about the patrons of the store. Stars has a good collection of suits and I personally feel they have priced their sale more competitively than their competitors in the mall.

Bought a suit there it fit, 5 star treatment!

This five star review is 100% for the outstanding customer service I received from Grace. Even though I was there with my young children who were not overly pleased with us shopping, she gave me amazing customer service and was super helpful even though the limited selection didn't let me walk away with purchase. Employees with her professionalism and talent for making customers feel comfortable should be valued above anything else. Thank you so much for your service.

Bought a jacket here on Black Friday, took it home and realized I either dropped or never received the receipt. I needed to exchange the jacket for a different size, so went back, explained my situation to the store manager (who happened to be at the customer checkout) and she was very helpful ! Didn't give me a hard time at all for not having the receipt and I was on my way with a different sized jacket in no time.

Very good customer service experience!

I should also add that the young sales rep who helped me on Black Friday, although new, was very informative and helpful to, explaining the different fabric make ups of jackets and showed me a few different options .
