He showed up promptly . Friendly and professional. He accessed our situation explained everything in detail and then went over our treatment options. The job was done quickly and effectively and most of all Humanely. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. It sounds like expected the service to be free. It's a business people! My husband and I had no problems paying and it was worth every penny! Thanks for going above and beyond Shane!
