I am extremely happy with the kitchen renovation that HI Experts completed for me. It was a complete gut of my existing dining room and kitchen and completely redone. They were helpful, professional and great to work with. I ended up with the kitchen I always wanted! I am so glad I chose them for the project.

We called several companies for quotes to do landscaping prep work as we wanted to undertake some of the project on our own, but need help to do the excavation, concrete and large retaining wall rock work not having the ability, equipment or experience to do these things. Most other companies blew us off for not wanting to do everything with them on an unlimited budget. Instead the owner of HIEXPERTS went out of his way on short notice between his many other projects to come out to do the job for us HIMSELF, on Canada Day. His crew literally came out the night before to go over things and he went right to work the next morning finishing several days worth of work that other companies had quoted, instead only taking a matter of hours. Talk about honest service! We will be sure to use HIEXPERTS again when we look to do more extensive work in the future. This is a great no nonsense company with honest and fair pricing. HIEXPERTS General Contractors completed a large new garage for us and also custom concrete/landscaping throughout our property. While we did encounter some change orders for things that we decided to alter including an added grade entrance every change was fully approved and the work was completed as quoted. We had originally obtained many other quotes for this project but Terry was the only contractor we approached who could actually handle everything in-house which really gave us additional peace of mind. He also takes great pride in his business with a large fleet of equipment which he owns.

HIEXPERTS completed an extensive renovation on our property. Due to COVID some items were delayed but these were communicated and we understand that some things were held up logistically with everything going on. Any changes from the original contractual agreement were documented in writing and agreed to prior to the additional work being completed.

On another note as a fellow business owner I have myself dealt with frivolous online reviews in the past and taken legal action to deal with such issues, at a great cost. A few of these came from actual customers but most were from disgruntled competitors or former associates. The multiple (3+) reviews posted on your page by a "Robinson" along with your former disgruntled subcontractor look to be frivolous, defamatory and slanderous. I hope you take legal action against these person(s) and make them pay. The nonsense they are posting in not in any way a fair representation of the service that we ourselves received from this company.
