House of Sophrosyne

Completed the House of Sophrosyne’s Full Time Virtual program. It was a 4 week program and we met M-F from 9:30am-12pm. Rachel was our counsellor and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She was so caring and kind, and helped the girls in the group form an amazing bond. The program helped me talk about things I have never had an opportunity to talk about, and gave me many mental tools to use during my recovery. I am very thankful for her support, she is a wonderful counsellor and I would recommend her to anyone who has experienced trauma. The only thing I wish was that the program was longer than 4 weeks. The at-home virtual setting was great because it allowed treatment to be at my own pace and also allowed me to adapt my newly learned habits in my current living environment. I am forever grateful to Rachel for the service she provided, and for the girls I connected with during the program. I really feel like attending was the kick start I needed to change my life for the better.

I truly loved House of Sophrosyne.. The staff, the program, the clients, all had a really positive impact on me during the five weeks I was there.. I gladly give House of Sophrosyne 5 very deserving stars and strongly recommend this treatment center for trauma and addictions to anyone needing this type of help.. I'm much better after having gone, you could be too!
