(May 11, 2020, 6:46 pm)This Wendys has amazing customer service! When going here they are always polite and friendly and when our phone coupon didn't work properly they still honoured it. The only thing I dislike is the fact when ordering a combo they say "Would you like that medium or large" I would prefer them to say " Would you like to UPSIZE to medium or large" as it clarifies upsizing and less confusing to the customer. But overall, every time they are polite and follow great customer service guidelines! Always leaving happy.
