Efficient and friendly staff. All doctors that Dr. Tayfour is associated with are very good.

Not knocking down their ratings, not their fault, property owners needs to have other options to pay for parking than cash. I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have US cash on me. They wouldn't give me exchange. I wouldn't be able to walk far to get cash as I'm handicapped. Won't go back to the complex until parking is changed.

My experience with WLEI has always been positive. The staff are friendly and they are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Overall my experience with the laser eye institute of Windsor was very positive. All the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. The only thing that I would say is that in the initial consultation with Dr. Tayfour (though I'm sure he’s busier than most) I thought that upon entering his office the whole process was pretty rushed. I feel as though when considering the sensitivity and importance of a persons eyesight, the Doctor conducting the procedure should go the extra mile to build the rapport with his patient to build a strong trustworthy relationship. His reputation clearly speaks for itself but it would have increased my comfort levels on the day of surgery. Otherwise, my experience was great, my vision is PERFECT and with very very minimal downtime. Great investment!

Getting laser vision correction surgery was the best decision I ever made! Dr. Tayfour and his staff made the experience so much more enjoyable and I felt I was in good hands. If you're on the fence about getting laser eye surgery, do it. You won't regret it.
