Hamoudi's Shawarma

Normally I love this place. Been 7-8 times. Was served by a new guy this last time and although pleasant enough he made my hamoudi fries with old cold fries. Usually I have to wait an extra 5 minutes for fresh fries, I should've known something was up when I made it in and out way faster. Not only were they older and colder but they were much fewer than usual. Every other time they can barely close the box, this time my fries slid around inside. I can't help but feel disappointed. I may give them another chance in the future...

The food tastes great. Beef is really good and does not have a lot of fat in it as most shawarma/shish kabob places in Windsor do. Staff is really friendly and the food portion is generous. A little on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for. Love the hamoudi's fries!

Great food, but poor customer service. Seems that the staff are always rushing and are rarely ever accurate with a customized order. Other than that, they have great quality food and are definitely in the top 5 Mediterranean style restaurants in Windsor Essex County.

Fast, clean and quality service! I've been going to Hamoudis for weeks now and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a snack or a full meal. Pricing is fair and there are menu options for whatever you're craving when it comes to middle eastern cuisine. The shawarma shakes are unreal!
