Helpful and easy to deal with. I am happy with the service I received from Julie, Cassandra and John from Comfort Mobility. I needed a wheelchair that would meet my needs. Speaking with Julie and the John on the phone about my situation, they where able to provide with the prefect wheelchair I was looking for.
The reason for 5 stars is how friendly and how they understood exactly what I needed.

Amazing service and selection. I can't recommend Comfort Mobility enough. When looking for a rollator for my father the in store staff were informative and very patient, showing us all the options and having us test them out. When it was (past)time to get the walker, John personally came to the rehab clinic and talked to my dads physiotherapists so that we could choose the best one.

We were greeted by Linda the moment we walked in who set the expectation Comfort Mobility truly cares about service and their customers. She assisted us through the entire process, recommending so much when we just came in for eye surgery equipment. She even went out of her way to demo equipment and highlighting the features. The hospital recommended a particular toilet seat but we took Linda's recommendation and it was the best decision no doubt. We had a chance to speak to their technician, Jorge, who was very knowledgeable and detailed and we left knowing so much more then we expected. Thank you Comfort Mobility. Highly recommended on Temple Dr. and worth the visit.

Excellent people who go out of their way to make things work out for their customers. John was very thorough and helpful and made becoming an amputee an easier process and getting used to my new disability a smoother process. Julie made great suggestions for what I should consider for in home modifications. A great family run business.

I can think of no type of business where service is more important. The attention to detail that is offered at Comfort Mobility is second to none. When dealing with such important health and mobility matters, a locally owned, family operated business focused on customer satisfaction is what you want. And Comfort Mobility delivers.
