I started seeing Dr. Alanna Kuhn when I was having fertility issues. She was the first doctor to actually ask me questions and listen openly to my issues, and I fully believe this holistic approach is what enabled me to get pregnant naturally. When I had problems along the way her natural remedy’s, coping techniques and kind demeanour made the process easier.

Now that we have a son I also bring him to see Dr. Alanna for his digestive and skin issues, which have all improved since following the treatment plan prescribed. I have referred numerous friends and family here, and know they will not be disappointed with the care and services Natural Route provides.

The office staff are all friendly, the environment is so welcoming, and they offer a large range of services all in the same building from other great health care providers.

I’ve had the chance to see both Dr. Alanna Kuhn and Dr. Andrea Hilborn for care and both have been fantastic. They helped me resolve hormone related issues, they supported me during my first pregnancy as well as healing in postpartum. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic and it’s doctors to anyone.

Dr Alanna Kuhn saved my life. There is no other way to put it. I was overweight, depressed, on massive doses of antidepressants, slept every afternoon, woke up constantly at night, had no energy, and suffered from anxiety. I had been diagnosed years ago with hypothyroidism, and have been taking medication for this. I had asked my doctor to test me for Hashimoto's disease, and he refused, telling me that I did not have it. I asked a second time and was scolded for asking.
My niece had given me the book "The Root Cause" and suggested I go to a Naturopathic Doctor. I was skeptical, but was also feeling so awful, that I decided to go. I found Dr. Alanna on the internet and decided to go. I have NEVER looked back.
I do have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and she has been helping me live with this disease. I have lost 50 pounds, am no longer depressed, am well rested, and am very happy. It is sometimes still a struggle, but Dr. Alanna continues to encourage me and gives me a good plan to follow.
If you are wondering if this is for you, give it a try. Dr. Alanna looks after all of me, not just one or two symptoms.
I also now go for massages at Forever Young, and this has been an excellent experience. Morgan is so very professional and does such an amazing job. I can't say enough about the care and how my life has changed.

The clinic is very inviting, clean and friendly. Dr. Alanna Kuhn is so personable and genuinely cares. She personally helped me after delivering our twins with acupuncture and Chinese medicine practices to reground me and help with postpartum.

Kingston Natural Route is a great addition to the Kingston area. The clinic is clean and very welcoming. Dr. Kuhn was professional and took the time to get to know me and took a very holistic approach to my health. She took her time and had an excellent rapport. I am impressed with the plan suggested by Dr. Kuhn as it fit with me as a person and my day to day life. I felt like I was treated as a person and not a number.
