I have always been scared of going "under the needle" for anything. Lisa was very patient with me while I was in the thinking process of whether I wanted to actually have the fat dissolving treatment for my double chin or not. She went through everything with me with plenty of reassurance and explanation pre-procedure, during the procedure and post care. I have only needed to go for two sessions and am very happy with the results - double chin cured!! Her procedure room in Ottawa is very cute, trendy, cozy and clean.
