I had a great experience dealing with Carloft to sell my 2018 Jeep Compass Limited. I was going through the pain of selling my vehicle privately online until Mike got in touch with me with a great offer for my SUV. The transaction was smooth and the gentlemen from the dealership came from the Kingston location to London ON to pick up the vehicle from my home. When they arrived they did a quick look over the vehicle and handed me the certified cheque. I’m a repeat customer. Second truck I have bought there. Isaac and Ryan were great to deal with… they found me the type of truck I was looking for.
Picked the truck up Wednesday. It’s great! Only issue is that the tires will need to be replaced very soon. Tread depth is only six…. I brought this up before hand and was told that they replace the tires at four.
For being a repeat customer and for the price paid for the truck… in my opinion there should have been better tires put on it.
Just doesn’t seem right to have to buy tires within a few months of buying a newer truck.
