(February 11, 2023, 2:03 pm)Very pleased with the service at CarStar Kingston. They repaired minor damage to the front bumper and replaced the grill damaged in a fender bender. Looks brand new. Car was ready when promised, no surprises. Also appreciated the car wash inside and out.

(January 21, 2023, 2:29 pm)Recently had a body repair done to my 2021 Kia Soul. They did a fantastic job, car looks brand new. After the repairs were done they even cleaned the inside front of the car, washed floor mats, vacuumed carpet, cleaned dasboard. Very impressive.

The car was returned to me looking wonderful both inside ( clean & fresh smelling - which it badly needed ) and the outside ; the exterior , post - accident restorative body work by Carstar specialists was first rate . My car exterior , originally filthy , was shining , spotless and looked “ liked new “ . A BIG THANK YOU to the Car Star team especially the vehicle assessor & repair coordinator Mark , as well as Joanne & Faye who found me a replacement rental , patiently fielded my calls and efficiently handled the business end of our transaction .
