I took my humble Optiplex 3020 in for service as it was experiencing a self diagnostic loop and was performing sluggishly. While the old drive could have been re-installed, the team suggested a new SSD hard drive. I'm glad I went this route. The machine is killer fast now and performs better than new. I thought the cost was very reasonable for assessment, data backup and installation of new drive. Very pleased, thanks.

My laptop's performance was starting to significantly degrade. I brought it into CompuFix and after an initial assessment (which took one day) - I was called and told: 1) what the problem was; 2) how best to resolve; 3) quoted a cost to fix. I had my laptop back and within the next 2 days and so far its performing spot on. Very pleased.
