(June 23, 2019, 12:46 am)The owners here are very professional and hands on. Booking was a breeze. This was my first massage with Robert. I booked with him because of a pinched nerve in my neck/back. I suffered for a week before seeing him. He fixed me right up! Lots of pressure, focusing on my trouble spots. He also showed me some stretches to help. I highly recommend seeing Rob!

(April 19, 2019, 4:40 pm)We have been going to Elements Natural Therapies & Spa for deep tissue massage, injury, and pregnancy massage with Hilary. She is friendly, knowledgeable and a true natural. During your massage you can expect relaxing music, dim lighting and a peaceful environment. I find the online booking option and opening hours very convenient, and prices are comparable to other massage locations. Recommended!
