(March 13, 2020, 6:15 pm)I was in today to get new workbooks. I stand for 12hrs a shift on cement floors. Sales associate Luke took the time to listen to the issues I was having with my current boots. How they make my toe base hurt as I am short and have to stand up on my toes. He showed me boots with a thicker sole as well as finding me padded insoles. He also found me socks. I am alotted $200 for my boots. With Luke's help I was able to get boots, insoles and 6 pair of socks for allowance. Exceptional above expectations customer service. Thank you Luke......Katherine B
